The magic is that there will be a lot of buyers ready to make offers. I was at the first open house and I was really surprised to see so many people interested in our house. Wow! You need to find qualified buyers that are serious. Noa is easy to work with and he keeps us updated on everything from start to finish. If you need to sell your house Noa is your man.
